Albion PC Care will definitely offer you instant solution and even replace the software you buy from us, within 12 hours from the time of complaint throughout the duration of our services.
Albion PC Care offers refunds to its customers enjoying its services. In case you want to stop getting our services, we take 30 days for full refund and consider dissatisfaction rendered by our products and services under no resolution. 
After 30 days, refunds or termination of services is computed on pro-rated basis for the services classified under subscription. Albion PC Care also offers a 7-day trial program for its IT services and solutions. In order to learn more details, reach us at: sales@albionglobal.com.

We request our customers to review our return policy before buying any of our products and services. You must also try our free evaluation demonstration before making any purchases. After we have given you the demonstration, no refund/return request should be solicited by the customer post 30 days from the date of purchase.
Kindly mention your reason(s) for refund beyond no resolutions. Once you send us a request stating your reason(s), we will send you a reply after determining whether it is necessary to return/refund. In case our products or services are found to be defective, we will immediately return your money by refunding the same to customer bank account or pay pal or credit card account. All refunds are credited in the accounts of our customers within 5 working days after we accept their refund requests.
In case of refunds beyond 30 days, customers should return the mails and catalogues and license to us without modification or sabotage. All returned products must be undamaged.
